Founded in 2022, Nurecover, is a premium health and wellness brand, specialising in building real technology that is easily accessible, affordable and impactful. Their range of recovery technology includes state-of-the-art devices designed to accelerate muscle recovery and promote overall wellness.
We first started working with Nurecover in April 2024. Having achieved fantastic results in their first 18 months of trading, they were looking to appoint their first marketing team to drive the next stage of growth. Our digital marketing recruitment team have supported them with six hires in just three months...
With no previous marketing expertise, Nurecover were hiring for a number of roles for the first time. To ensure they had the right support at the right time, we worked on a retained basis, creating a team of specialist recruiters to support on each hire. Everything was expertly coordinated by their account manager, Michael Judkins.
Michael ensured that each recruiter was briefed in detail on the job description they were working. They then scheduled a weekly call with the Nurecover team to discuss progress, challenges and feedback. Our recruiters shared live feedback from the market on their jobs, allowing us to adapt the direction of recruitment where needed.
Our recruiters found excellent candidates for each role, with the team now hard at work implementing marketing structures. The business has ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years, and we look forward to continuing to support them with their digital and marketing recruitment needs.
