Our specialist technology marketing recruitment team started working with OCR Labs in 2022 to support the expansion of their marketing department.
Having already appointed its Head of Marketing, Matthew Ingman, the company was looking to build out a team underneath him. The business had already worked with other marketing recruitment agencies, but as they were unable to provide the right number or quality of candidates, the hiring manager engaged with 3Search on a retained basis.

Expanding OCR Labs’ marketing department
OCR Labs were looking to build out its marketing department for the first time and so needed the support of a specialist marketing recruitment agency for these talent searches.
