ODEON first partnered with 3Search to support on a CRM Manager role. They had recently launched 2 membership loyalty programmes, so needed to build out their CRM capabilities to support on the marketing and growth of these initiatives.
The hiring team had been struggling with the requirements of this role. They needed to find the balance of someone who has experience working across loyalty, with a personal and 1-2-1 approach to consumers. They were also searching for someone who was experienced in working as part of a small team within a larger business.
