The story of push-pull agency

Founded in 2019, push-pull is a full-service Amazon agency, supporting brands with their strategy, implementation and operation to unlock profitable growth on the platform. An established agency, they have built their business through word-of-mouth and strong client referrals.  

Having built such a strong pipeline of clients, with more ready to be onboarded, push-pull needed to hire in order to deliver on their work. Pat worked with the team to hire a Senior Amazon Account Manager and an Amazon PPC Manager.

Challenge: A young employer brand

As most of their work is won through client recommendations, push-pull haven’t needed to invest in marketing their brand as much as their competitors. This presented a unique challenge when attracting quality talent, as it also meant their employer brand was still young.
