The recruitment process
SBFM were looking for a Bid Manager who would be able to travel into their office based in Leeds 5-days a week. This is a tricky requirement to manage, with many candidates looking for more flexibility in their roles. Plus, due to the time constraints, they needed someone with just one-month notice period.
Both requirements limited the talent pool for this search, but Hayley was able to leverage her deep network of Bid Managers to identify an excellent candidate for the role. She was also able to negotiate a contract that both parties were happy to accept, agreeing on 4-days a week in the office.
