Michael built a team of specialist e-commerce, brand, CRM and data recruitment consultants in order to best support Sneak Energy with each hire.
Each specialist recruiter worked closely with Mehul to understand the company culture, goals for the future and detailed briefs. They kept regular communication throughout the process to allow updates from both sides of the search. Regular and open communication was key to the success of the team build.
Our specialist recruitment consultants utilised their experience, knowledge and networks to advise best-practice on each role and source top talent. As Sneak Energy needed each hire in their Manchester office three days a week, our consultants ran specific searches to identify talent that were within a close enough radius to commute to the office. The individual searches consisted of a combination of advertising across suitable platforms and specific headhunting searches to generate strong shortlists.
