Our bids and proposals recruitment consultants first started working with Softcat in 2023. At the time they were searching for two Bid Managers to join their expanding national work-winning function.
The Bid Manager roles could be based in Softcat’s Newcastle or Manchester office. As a result, Hayley Jones was best positioned to support their recruitment efforts. Hayley has built an extensive network of bids and proposals professionals across the UK, so was able to quickly deliver a strong shortlist of candidates suitable for the positions.
