We first started working with Tangle Teezer in 2023, when they needed recruitment support with a newly created Product Manager role.
Challenge: Launching a new product
The Global Head of Product at Tangle Teezer, Rachel Kaplan, was looking to hire into their team as their remit grew. The Global Head of Product role had grown to a point where it was necessary to hire a Product Manager into the team, focussing on a new product line that was launching shortly.
Specialist product recruiter, Francesca Jackson, had met the Rachel at a number of product events. Due to Francesca’s extensive knowledge and understanding of the product skill set, the Rachel knew that she was the right person to provide the recruitment experience they were looking for.
