Our talent search method for The Independent
On each hire, our specialist recruiters arranged a weekly call with The Independent to discuss the process. In each meeting, the team would update The Independent exactly on what searches we had carried out in the previous week and explain any challenges or market feedback we had received.
Given the nature of the industry, many of the senior roles required specific search criteria as each role needed to have a deep understanding of the media space.
