The London Clinic have been undergoing a period of change, meaning that they required different marketing and communications skill sets at different points of their journey. Hiring on a temporary basis allowed them to be flexible with their requirements and grow effectively. As a result, we supported the business on a number of contract hires.
Communications recruiter, Matthew Stevenson, worked closely with our interim recruiter, Taylor Nash, to find the right contractors for each role.
Both have extensive experience hiring for interim positions.
