Creative Project Manager
The team moves with the pace and variety of an agency, but instead of working across external clients, you’ll partner with teams and stakeholders across one global organization.
This is a role with real ownership. You’ll independently manage a mix of small-to-medium creative projects from brief through delivery — owning your timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and day-to-day decisions.
You’ll work across a variety of creative, social, digital, video, motion, design, and integrated projects, with senior support available when projects grow into larger or more complex campaigns.
What You'll Do
We’re looking for someone with a genuine understanding of how creative work gets made.
You'll ideally bring:
You won’t simply update trackers and schedule meetings. You'll be responsible for understanding the brief, managing stakeholders, coordinating the creative team, spotting problems early, and getting the work successfully across the finish line.
You'll also have senior support when you need it and a clear path toward Senior Creative Project Manager responsibility, including larger campaigns, deeper stakeholder ownership, and greater involvement in shaping briefs.

What You'll Do
- Independently manage multiple creative and social-first projects from brief through final delivery
- Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, and approvals end to end
- Coordinate projects across design, social, video, motion, copy, and digital
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project
- Understand the brief and what the stakeholder is trying to achieve before work moves into the creative team
- Ask the right questions when a brief is unclear or missing information
- Push back diplomatically when scope, timelines, or expectations don't align
- Identify risks, dependencies, and priority conflicts before they impact delivery
- Bring together designers, copywriters, stakeholders, and creative teams to keep work moving
- Maintain clear, accurate project tracking
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute ideas to improve creative workflows and processes
- Explore AI-supported tools that can make project delivery faster and more efficient
We’re looking for someone with a genuine understanding of how creative work gets made.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience managing creative projects within an agency, creative studio, social/content agency, or in-house creative team
- Experience across social-first content, digital, design, video, motion, campaigns, and other creative deliverables
- A track record of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence owning projects rather than simply coordinating tasks
- The ability to understand and question a creative brief, rather than just processing it
- Confidence pushing back diplomatically when timelines, scope, or expectations aren't realistic
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Experience with project and workflow management tools
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment
- Curiosity around AI-supported project and workflow tools
