We're working with a leading building technologies and life safety organisation that is expanding its Central Texas team and looking to appoint two experienced Project Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of large-scale fire alarm projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, government, and data centre environments. If you enjoy leading projects from planning through completion while collaborating with skilled field teams, this role offers long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to work on high-profile installations across the region.

The Project Manager – Fire Alarm Systems will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Highlights
  • Manage multiple fire alarm projects from initiation through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, documentation, and project delivery
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
You Will Need
  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience (strong candidates with less experience considered)
  • Previous fire alarm project management experience preferred
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project schedules
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • PMP, NICET, or similar certifications are advantageous but not essential
