The Senior Traffic Manager – Creative Operations will oversee creative resourcing, allocating work effectively and ensuring designers have the capacity and clarity needed to deliver.
Role Highlights:
– Own the fast-turnaround creative production queue and allocate incoming work efficiently.
– Build resourcing plans around requirements and deadlines established by project managers.
– Monitor capacity across the creative team and rebalance workloads as priorities change.
– Identify scheduling conflicts early and propose practical solutions before delivery is affected.
– Maintain clear visibility of workloads, availability and upcoming resource requirements.
You Will Need You’ll bring:
– Strong traffic, resource management or creative scheduling experience.
– Experience working within an agency, studio or busy in-house creative environment.
– Excellent judgement when balancing capacity, priorities and competing requirements.
– Confident communication with project managers, designers and senior creative stakeholders.
– Experience with scheduling tools and an interest in AI-supported capacity planning.
