Social Media Analyst
This is a data-driven social role for someone who can turn metrics into meaningful creative direction. You’ll monitor, analyze, and optimize organic social performance across global channels, helping the wider creative team understand not just what is performing, but why — and what they should create next.
You won’t sit separately from the creative team. You’ll work directly with Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Designers, and Video Editors, using data and audience behavior to influence content in real time and support continued social growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an opportunity to make data a genuine part of the creative process, rather than simply reporting on performance after a campaign has finished.
Your insights will directly influence what the team scripts, designs, films, and publishes next, giving you real visibility and impact across the Creative Hub.
You’ll work across everything from fast-moving social trends and everyday organic content to major global campaigns and C-suite LinkedIn communications, giving you significant variety in both the data you analyze and the teams you support.
If you love social media, understand data, and can turn performance metrics into clear creative recommendations that help content perform better, we’d love to hear from you.
