The role
- Meeting patients following consultations and talking them through recommended treatment plans
- Explaining treatments, costs, finance options and next steps in a clear and reassuring way
- Managing and following up your own pipeline of patients
- Supporting patients with high-value and sometimes complex treatment plans
- Building strong relationships with clinicians and translating clinical information into simple, patient-friendly language
- Keeping on top of consultations, follow-ups and your diary to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Monitoring your own revenue performance and working towards monthly targets
- Delivering an exceptional, premium patient experience from initial consultation through to treatment
Who we're looking for
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator within private dentistry, ideally with high-value treatments, or within private healthcare, aesthetics or another premium patient-facing environment
- Warm, personable and confident building trust with patients
- Commercially driven and comfortable working towards revenue targets
- Patient-focused with a consultative, non-pushy approach
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs, finance options and payment plans
- Motivated by targets, performance and earning potential
