Salary is the most important factor in CRM job searches

According to the results of our 2026 Annual Pay & Hiring Report, more than half of CRM, loyalty and retention marketers are moving jobs to find higher pay. With 53% of candidates reporting the desire for an increased salary, this is undoubtedly the most important factor for job seekers.

To attract and retain top marketers this year, hiring managers should be benchmarking their pay brackets against the national average.
