Responsible for reporting, automation, processes, and tooling, RevOps Managers are focused on continuous improvement for driving revenue growth. Working closely with a business’ leadership team, these revenue operations professionals are uniquely positioned within a company to ensure cohesive revenue generating activities.  

The role is highly sought after, but specialist talent pools are still growing. This means candidates are able to command higher pay brackets. 

Yes, revenue operations is well paid. As an emerging skill set in the UK, candidates are in high demand but short supply. This means that a RevOps career is generally well paid. 

The national median pay for full-time workers is £39,039. The base salary for a RevOps Analyst is £40,000, meaning that you can earn above the average salary in an entry-level role.  

There’s also a wealth of opportunities to quickly progress your career from a Junior all the way through to Director level. The average Director of Revenue Operations salary starts at £120,000, meaning there’s strong earning potential as your career progresses. 

The average Head of RevOps or Revenue Operations Lead salary is between £100,000 - £150,000 in the UK.

In the UK, a Revenue Operations Director earns between £120,000 - £160,000. In this senior role, candidates work directly with the business leaders (usually the CRO or CEO) to deliver effective revenue strategies. 

Although similar in responsibility, the highest paid title is actually the VP Revenue Operations with the salary sitting between £150,000 - £200,000. This role tends to be found in the technology sector and/or larger organisations. These companies tend to have the highest paid roles.
