We recently spoke with Rags Vadali, Founder at Floto, previously CPO at token.com and Lantum at our 'The future of product and design in an AI generation' event. He shared his thoughts on the past, present and future of artificial intelligence on the product skill set. One key theme was the impact on hiring, especially interviewing.

We are relying strangely much more on human-to-human interviews now. We're interviewing a lot more candidates to do the filtering because, I think, when you can't really glean a lot from a CV, you really need to spend [time interviewing]. We do 20-minute first interviews actually now. We need to spend some time to kind of really get a sense of, okay, who are these people? Are they what they say and, like, you know, what's the fit and things of that nature. [AI] has turned recruiting upside down, to be honest.
