I think AI is really highlighting the challenges we already had certainly in product in that there's a lot of criticism about the busyness that comes with Product Managers and the amount of work that they have to do to inform decision-making.
I think what AI is not able to do particularly well yet, or the tools that are coming, is the ability to pull lots of different data sources together to inform decisions quickly. So all the considerations we have in making decisions around product are huge, like the competitor landscape, your regulatory landscape, your customer feedback, the growth strategy, the business model, where we're making money, um, where the product metrics are showing us that we're doing well or not. There's so much data that should come together that actually historically we haven't been very good at, and AI can help us do that better.
But certainly what I'm seeing anyway is people are now realizing the gaps that they have to be able to pull all that context together to use AI well to help inform those decisions.
