AI is already having a significant impact on product careers. To build an understanding of this, we spoke with Áine McKay, CPO at AutogenAI, at our recent Product x Design event about the skills the future generation of Product and Design Leaders need.

I think we'll see a lot more need for generalist skills. We already see design merging with product, product merging with engineering and design merging with engineering as well. So, we'll have high expectations for people to really start to fill in the gray areas between each of these jobs and really become much more attuned to everything that's going on across the end-to-end workflow or the end-to-end pipeline.
